Market Rent Analysis. A review of competitive rents and amenities in the local market.
Promotional Materials. Preparation of flyers, dedicated web page and online advertising to attract qualified applicants.
Property Showings. Open House events and scheduled showings.
Tenant Screening. Each applicant is carefully screened for credit history, income qualification, employment verification, prior rental history (including evictions) and criminal background.*
Move In/Move Out. Lease signing, collection of all applicable move-in fees (e.g. first month rent and security deposit) and inspection with tenant. Includes an extensive photographic report of the property’s condition at the time of move-in or move-out, whichever is applicable.
*Screening is conducted in compliance with all federal, state and local laws that apply in the jurisdiction where the rental property is located.
